How I Got Started:

My name is Jani and I started designing jewelry and working with silver in 2007. I became enamored with the process of metalsmithing and the magic of transforming silver. Soon I began traveling to India and Nepal in search of crystals and gemstones. I started learning about the powerful properties of stones and in particular rubies.

 

Rubies hold great metaphysical energy and healing power. They are worn to protect the user from negative energies, to amplify one’s internal resources and fortitude, and to promote mental awareness and courage. I love to handpick these gems, especially ones that seem to relay images of the cosmos. But more recently I have begun to see the healing potential of uncut, natural rubies.
